 My Commitments to You

To provide you with a training programme, appropriate to your level of fitness and ability.

To accompany you on scheduled training runs.

To monitor and adjust your training programme and respond with comments and recommendations according to the Programme you are on.  That is normally undertaken during the run, by e-mail or by telephone conversation.

To reply to e-mails and phone calls promptly (or to notify you when I’m not going to be available).

To offer you access to wider training components to enhance your chances of successfully attaining your goals.

 

Your Commitments to Me

To attend booked running sessions on time and correctly clothed.

To let me knoiw at least 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to attend a running session.

To avoid placing your health at risk by training when not well.

To keep me informed when suffering ill health.

To agree to follow my recommendations when ill or injured, as I will be more objective than you.

To send me comments on how you are reacting to the individual training sessions.  Only by doing so can I assess the effects the training is having on you and I can tailor the next running programme more directly to your needs and responses.

To take a sensible approach to training, such that you don’t persist with training when you have a niggle or sore throat, on the basis that it’s preferable to miss one or two days running rather than one or two weeks.

No liability for injuries or illness is accepted during or after your  exercise programme or session. Your exercise program  and the sessions are entered into entirely at your own risk.  Please consult a medical practitioner before engaging in any physical activity.

You are expected to take responsibility in deciding whether you are fit and well enough to participate in each of the training sessions. You should not do so if you are unwell or injured.  And that in any case you will only train at your own risk.

 Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be paid for in advance of the session taking place. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or Paypal.

Once booked, cancelled sessions will not be refunded but can be transferred to another mutally convenient time and date or to another person as long as they fit and healthy.

A no show without prior warning will result in the session being deemed as having taken place.
